FD (Funktionaler Defekt) is an index, that is obtained by conversion of defect depth to a percentage value (functional equivalent). Normal is 0%, maximum loss is -100% -- Click here for further information about this index

CONCLUSION: This image shows the index for functional loss in the time course. By the different scaling a progression may be earlier recognizable as with the MD line. -- The image contains no spatial information. For a complete evaluation, topographical trend analysis (SuperTrend, GATT) are needed in addition. The Percentile Plot contains more information about value distribution.

Further information

FD and MD use different scales and different formula. Therefore, the course of the MD line in the box plot and the FD line in this image differ.
