Menu: File > Save As / Export
This function stores the active database with a new name. The dialog window "Save as" appears where name and directory can be chosen. The former file with its old name remains in the storage of the computer.
Note: Usually a save command is not necessary because the open perimetric file is automatically stored after each change !
This function is also suitable to export data and give it to the patient or other offices and clinics. Export format is the PeriData Database Format.
If no LinkMode is used, the database contains many patients. The export a single patient is more complicated: 1. Create a new database 2. mark the patient in the large database 3. move the data with copy and paste to the new database and 4. save the new database with a new name.
