Configuration of data transmission: Octopus 300 / 311 perimeter

The configuration is the setting of baud rate and other parameters of data transmission.

Step by step (current information, for changes see instrument´s manual)

-> Menu Configuration (KEY symbol)

-> Submenu Connection

-> Serial Interface: PeriTrend, PeriData

-> Baudrate: 9600

-> Press STORE button !!!

-> return

-> repeat Connection

Standard Transmission parameters are:

Baudrate: 9600

Databits: 8

Stopbits: 1

Parity: Even

Handshake: RTS / CTS

Permanence of settings

These settings keep stored even when the perimeter is turned off.
