Connecting an OPTOPOL perimeter (PTS 920, PTS 925, PTS 2000)

Data connection

The data connection for the data transfer OPTOPOL >> PeriData requires 3 jobs:

1. Physical connection: Installation of PeriData on the same PC where the program OPTOPOL is installed

2. Configuration of the EXPORT interface of the program OPTOPOL

3. Configuration of the IMPORT interface of PeriData

Send examination data

After establishing the data connection, OPTOPOL-PTS is ready to send examination data with a click of the mouse. The data will immediately show up in the PeriData database.

Send patient data to the perimeter

PeriData is able to send data into the opposite direction (PeriData >> OPTOPOL-PTS). These are steps 4 + 5. More information is given here: Send patient data to OPTOPOL-PTS
