The Database Window shows a list of the stored visual field examinations. The Database Window may be hidden behind the visual field windows. Close these windows with ESC or press the button
A PeriData database is a .PHF file, that is opened with the menu command Database > Open, out of the Explorer or automatically (EMR sofware - LinkMode). The file name is given in the window title. PeriData can open several databases simultaneously, showing several database windows at a time.
A cross over the symbol indicates the readonly mode (no changes allowed). Possible reasons: ViewingMode active, the file has been opened with "full control" at another workstation, file property "Read-only" is active (e.g. the EXAMPLE.phf)
The red bar indicates the current selection (one or several examinations)
Button "Show Patient" ENTER Double click: all examinations of a patient are selected automatically and the display windows with the visual feilds open
Button "Only marked" shift + ENTER: no automatic selection, only the red marked exams are shown
Button "Search" CTRL + F: opens the search dialog to find a specific patient or, in case of a different sort key, e.g. an examination date
NAME is default. A click on a column header changes the sort key. All about sort keys

If the patient (all examinations) shall be marked, but the visual fields shall not be shown (e.g. for copying), then you need CTRL + T ALT + ENTER ALT + mouseclick
All examinations (all patients) in the entire database are marked using CTRL + A

The command 'Delete' deletes all marked examinations and copies them into the clipboard. Details about delete
