The Traditional image combination (Single Window)

This image combination shows the traditional representations used in other programs and printouts. The images base partly on raw data, on deviation from normal and individually shifted data.

 1   The Grayscale Map shows the interpolated raw data.

 2   The Indizes show the statistics of deviation from normal.

 3   The Total Deviation Map shows the deviation from normal in decibel. The defect depth can be read exactly.

 4   The Total Deviation Probability Map shows the probability of a deviation from normal

 5   The Pattern Deviation Map shows the deviation in decibel from an individually shifted normal value curve

 6   The Pattern Deviation Probability Map shows the probability of a deviation from an individually shifted normal value curve
